Product Warranty

At Novo, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We offer a limited warranty on all Novo-branded electronics purchased directly from our official website, physical store, or authorised retailers.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of:

  • 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase for all electronic devices (e.g., smartwatches, wireless earbuds, speakers, chargers, etc.)

  • 6 months for accessories and consumables (e.g., cables, power banks, etc.)

What Is Covered:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

  • Defective components or materials

  • Faulty internal parts due to manufacturing error

What Is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or broken plastic)

  • Damage caused by water, unless the product is advertised as water-resistant

  • Damage from improper voltage or use with incompatible accessories

  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage

How to Claim Your Warranty

If your Novo product develops a fault within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: store@novogadget.com with:

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos or videos of the product fault, if possible

  2. Our support team will assess the claim and may request the product be returned for inspection.

  3. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair the item, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or offer a refund—at our discretion.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims are only valid for products purchased directly from www.novogadget.com, our physical store at 181 Jubilee Road, Soulmate Plaza, Aba, Abia State, or an authorised Novo retailer.

  • Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective upon inspection.
