Orders and Delivery

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept orders from both Nigeria and abroad. Please note that international deliveries may take longer and could be subject to import or value-added taxes, which are beyond our control.

Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver across Nigeria via our website, www.novogadget.com. For international shipping, we can arrange delivery at an additional cost. Please contact us at store@novogadget.com or reach out via our website for more information.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the available shipping method.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be longer during promotional periods, public holidays, or special events.


Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges once your order has been dispatched. If the return conditions are met, we will issue a refund, and you can then place a new order for the item you prefer.

If your order has not yet received a dispatch confirmation, contact us as soon as possible at store@novogadget.com. We will do our best to amend your order before it is processed. Please note our warehouse team only operates during business hours, so your request may not be reviewed immediately.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please email store@novogadget.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Novo.

  • Include a note with your order number, name, and reason for return inside the package.

I don't like the product—can I return it?
If the item has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team at store@novogadget.com.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return guidelines, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Reminder: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
